It’s very rugged on the fronts lines of Hebrews 10:25 “fellowshipping with the saints.” And I am now theologically ministry well versed and am highly PRO non accusing “reform.”

 I found this, which turned out to be an enormous and gifted,  vast subculture starting in the 1990s’ after I innocently went to study and immerse in the charismatic Holy Spirit, deep worship moves, which were just starting out. I did not know that many groups can profess to know ‘Jesus as Lord” and say that they believer “Bible” but they can false  errant even dark Leviathan, dominaning and mainly subliminal  impure authority.


It was new me, as I had been raised a Billy Graham non elite Southern Baptist and later met the Holy Spirit, book of Acts as a Jesus person and followed Him all of my life, Also I was healthier (healthier than these I suspect) for I had been been called “out of order, fault found with” or “accuser jumped ” out in public for no reason other than ‘sitting there in abiding easily intreated James 3:17 approachable fruit.
Therefore this group, which was smaller more rural churches, and part of a famous well known prophet, and then add this the mushroom of these into   celebrity ALL “got my attention” by doing this,SAME TYPE OF DEMONIC THING usually ONLY when I was being persecuted, under great pressure and deep emotional abuse and “ambush forced into divorce” recovery. I went to get into the spirit and I triggered WELP WELM devil spying. (authoritarian “perceptive ” false teaching, occult witchcraft (assessed as immature prophetic witchcraft ‘reading me, ” deep scanning” but NO relationship’ Hence I train. (NOTE this is a huge understatement for have personal experiences, Luke Eyewitness as far away, complete stranger, a new visitor and area sr ministry not in their clubby Male Led Move but also the “Hannah on the front porch of steps of many a compassion fatigued “made it big” Eli temple high priesthood” (about which I am presently writing..for the sake of the many)

SUBMISSION: A TOPIC DEAR TO MY HEART which by now,  I know the in’s and out’s of….. to the MAXIMUM.. in both Bible and Church History (and  because I’ve experienced both GOOD (my sr pastor Dad, relatives and the MANY in noncompromising ministry out there) and WICKED in such Christian streams…Yet I train today because I survived, got stronger and felt a need to share and train to AVOID nonsense, elite time wasting,  toying with many persons LIVE and FAMILIES under THIS top for it brings forth the similar sad “poor me” fruit…when it wantonly accuses , false witness about, adds to their many witch lists swapped around in many pastors gatherings….  and abuses the many.

Churches and Leader Governing In Ministry:
 Two forms of governing ministry exist today, we want define them for when we decide to attend, based on fruit;

Bible Organic” Church (First Church was this model ” servant leadership” and it’s still a form today, but mostly quieter and harder to find)
Defined as  “A Spirit-led, relational, non-hierarchical community where all believers function under Christ as the head. Rooted in Acts 2–4, it emphasizes fellowship, shared responsibility, servant leadership, and mutual submission.(Apostle Paul Ephesians 5:21, which includes as offices, elders, leaders, lay , marriages)

Top-Down Church (one person show, not meaning all bad, it depends on the the doctrine beliefs, fruit)
A human-organized, hierarchical structure with authority flowing from the top (apostle/pastor/bishop) down to the congregation. More structures, more hierarchy, less freedom to different, to think outside the form.  Leadership often enforces control, submission, and institutional loyalty. Common post-Constantine. (the inroads from the carnal culture of aristocratic  Rome and Greece got into the very first Mutually Submitted Ephesians 5: 21 “first church” and brought in the structure, the patriarchy and authoritarianism and the hiearchy, It has made the big difference ever since. 

USE CAUTION
SOME WELL KNOWN MINISTERS, PASTORS, BISHOPS, ETC MAY RESEMBLE TOP DOWN but have the pure heart of mature excellent SERVANT LEADER.. and are overseeing many.. in great size, multi campuses, online… God’s expansion, even into a mega, global work, due to HIS MESSAGE and WORK needed “out there”…For  It depends the ‘fruit’ and how well the common people are each  ‘regarded” (it’s not about look or the money) It’s that the top Pastor has the RIGHT perspective and authentically “Respects GOD FIRST and HIS SPOUSE, FAMILY next and the People God Sent into His, Her authority care. AS HUMAN PERSONS not MINISTRY PROPERTY.(perhaps women especially)

MEANING  they are respected,  not  biased against, not wanted only for their looks or income or gifting, (it is not one more ” pet types only”are respected in an ego, cultish caste system”

Making a Point; Sister T notes:not all servant leader office pastors, bishops and apostles, etc are called to small works. These they would need infrastructure, which would seek the Lord about, to have HIM reveal how He wants to expand, And FYI there DOES need to be a a very formidable “drill sargent’ at the top.( one needs the non elite big balance for it is HARD) However,  these can still value the many PEOPLE over their power, hierarchy and order and efficiency (keeping the ministry coffers filled to support it all.

I John 1:7 to the many of these “If (means it’s conditional) we walk in the light, as He is the light, THEN we have fellowship with another (the fruits of walking in the light) and blood of Christ cleanses us from all sin.” (the 2nd half of the verse is also ‘conditional’ with the leader, staff, elders, attending lay, very first part)

When Did Authority and Submission Become Control?

Introduction

Many modern Christian leaders teach that believers must be “under submission” to a pastor, prophet, apostle, or bishop. The assumption is that this structure reflects biblical order. But is this really the pattern found in the New Testament? And if not, where did it come from?

To understand, we must trace the roots of this Top-Down Church model, contrast it with the First Church in Acts, and examine how Old Testament Levitical patterns re-emerged in the modern church.

  • Bible Organic Church:
    Spirit-led, relational, non-hierarchical. Every believer is a functioning member under Christ as Head (1 Corinthians 12; Ephesians 4:15–16). It values community, discernment, and mutual submission.

  • Top-Down Church:
    Human-led hierarchy where authority flows from a single leader or leadership team. Requires submission and loyalty, often equating disagreement with rebellion.

2. Levitical Model of Authority and Submission (Old Testament)

In the Old Testament:

  • Authority was tribal, hereditary, and priestly.

  • Only Levites could serve in temple roles.

  • The High Priest was the mediator between God and the people.

  • Leaders served as equippers and elders, not controllers (Ephesians 4:11–12; 1 Peter 5:2–3).

  • All believers were priests unto God (1 Peter 2:9; Revelation 1:6).

  • Submission was voluntary, mutual, and Spirit-led (Ephesians 5:21).

  • Decision-making was collaborative (Acts 15).

  • Jesus taught servant leadership, not domination (Mark 10:42–45).

The First Church’s authority was relational and based on spiritual maturity, not position or title.

4. When Did the Shift Happen? Constantine and the Rise of the Top-Down Church

The turning point came in the 4th century A.D., when Emperor Constantine legalized Christianity (Edict of Milan, 313 A.D.) and merged church and state.

TD makes this point..we note that this all of this was during the Loadicean Church of Revelation 2 age, ironically!!

Suddenly:

  • The church gained political power and inherited Roman structures.

  • Bishops took on roles like governors.

  • Clergy were elevated above laity—a direct reversal of Jesus’ teachings.

  • Submission to church leaders became a legal and spiritual requirement.

  • Councils began enforcing orthodoxy using imperial authority.

This was the birth of the Top-Down Church, influenced more by Roman and Levitical systems than by the Spirit-led, relational model of the early church.

 5. The Reintroduction of Levitical Patriarchy and “Covering” Doctrines

As this system grew, it gradually reintroduced:

  • Male-only leadership dominance (patriarchal order).

  • The concept of being “covered” or “uncovered” spiritually depending on one’s alignment with a leader.

  • Fear-based submission: “If you’re not under a pastor/apostle, you’re out of God’s will.”

  • The “evil eye” suspicion: any questioning or independence is seen as rebellion, Jezebel, witchcraft, or pride.

*** These teachings are nowhere taught by Jesus or Paul and are not part of the New Covenant.

 6. Today’s Landscape: Influence vs. Truth

The Top-Down Church is now the majority, often large, influential, and wealthy. Its sheer size gives it perceived authority. But size doesn’t mean accuracy.

In contrast, organic expressions of church are often smaller, Spirit-led, and grassroots—yet they reflect the relational freedom and mutual accountability of the First Church.

Conclusion: Return to the Biblical Pattern

It’s time to re-examine submission and leadership in light of the New Testament:

  • True submission is mutual and led by the Spirit, not coerced.

  • Leadership should be servant-hearted, not title-driven.

  • Christ—not a man—is the Head of every believer.

May we all discern the difference between kingdom order and manmade control—and choose the liberty of the First Church model, where the bottom line is Heaven, not hierarchy.

When Office Ministers Judge from Afar

In today’s charismatic and prophetic circles, it’s common to hear a lone believer—especially one who’s not affiliated with a local group—accused of being “unsubmitted.”
But what does that mean, really?

And more importantly: Who has the biblical right to say it?

Let’s unpack the confusion and set the record straight.

Q. What Does “Unsubmitted” Mean to some flows of Christian minisry

—and Is It Even Biblical?

When someone says, “She’s unsubmitted,” they usually mean:

  • “She’s not under a pastor.”

  • “He doesn’t attend our church.”

  • “They’re not part of our network.”

  • “They act independently—and we don’t like that.”

But none of those reflect the biblical understanding of submission.

Q. What is “Submission” In the New Testament:

  • Submission is mutual: “Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ” (Ephesians 5:21).

  • Submission is to God, voluntarily: “Submit yourselves, then, to God” (James 4:7).

  • Submission is never imposed by titles, hierarchy, or distance.

POINT:  So when someone claims you’re “unsubmitted” without knowing you, it’s not scriptural—it’s suspicious.

Q. What is the Right Way to Handle Concerns about a unknown person?

Jesus and Paul both laid out clear spiritual protocols for how to address concerns:

 Matthew 18:15

“If your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault, between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained your brother.”

  • Private conversation

  • Only if there’s a direct offense or sin

“If someone is caught in a sin, you who live by the Spirit should restore that person gently. But watch yourselves, or you also may be tempted.”

  • Spirit-led, not ego-led

  • Only for those caught in sin, not quiet loners minding their own business

Q. Is there any RELATIONSHIP with that suspected person? (meaning they are the “office area minister, pastor, shepherding movement (My own term “Levitical Patriarchs” usually)

Point: When There Is No Relationship

Let’s ask the hard questions:

  • Are they in relationship with you?  NO

  • Are they married to you? NO

  • Are they your family? NO.

  • Are they on your board? NO.

  • Do they walk with you, work with you, or pray with you? NO

  • Do they know your ministry up close? NO

Maximum MAIN Point:

Then they have no biblical authority to label, correct, or accuse you.

Modern Misuse: “Submission” as Control

I shared:

“I have had this (similar theological doctrinal style ONLY)  accusing me from afar for years—but only when I dealt with Levitical patriarchy (WELP), who are my color, in the community.”

It suggests:

  • Cultural familiarity being abused as a tool of spiritual control “human carnal assumption, presumption, even bias”

  • No relationship, yet bold, public private, even public undue judgment

  • No personal, in private attempt to  inquire, no appointment,
    Bottom line: No Jesus Christ love or RESPECT (people as objects’ “things’ “piece of LP property? C

Important reminder for ministers:

You do not have the right to police someone’s life from a distance just because they “look like a ‘stereotype” you dislike or who hurt you in the post ” or YOU have believed an evil report about or the lies and rumors ” or who visited (for whatever personal reason) maybe attended a few times but never joined  and simply left.

(To me this is a sign of desperate for authoritarian, top dog, Levitical Patriarch autonomous control)

Let’s Examine Biblical Leadership = Jesus’ Style

About Jesus:

  • Never accused strangers from afar

  • Walked with people before speaking into their lives

  • Allowed room for the Spirit—not manmade suspicion

About Paul:

  • Confronted sin only within the churches he planted

  • Wrote letters to communities in covenant with him

  • Gave correction as a spiritual father, not a distant watchdog

 Apostolic Training: How to Train Healthy Ministers

Before you judge someone, train yourself and others to ask:

  1. Do I have a relationship with this person?

  2. Do I know their story, their struggles, or their calling?

  3. Have I followed Matthew 18:15 or Galatians 6:1?

  4. Am I led by the Spirit or led by assumption?

  5. Is this about helping—or about control?

 

 TD’s Final Word: Let’s Return to Servant Leadership

Jesus never called us to “cover” people like objects.** He called us to love, respect, and walk in humility.“You are all brothers. … The greatest among you will be your servant.”

Let’s teach, train, and reset the culture of Christian leadership.

Because the bottom line isn’t control
 The Bottom Line is Heaven. It”s not supposed to be only about YOUR ministry **

**Meaning:  We will  “respect and truthfully relate” and will be  bring people closer to making the Choice for JESUS or accuse, abuse them, drive them away with critical heart of damning cynicism( this goes video social media ministers, also)
